RICHARD VILLENEUVE 
Founder and Director

I am a former Finance Director and Interim CFO for both private equity firms and listed corporations.

I have accumulated a wide experience from TMT and manufactuting fields within a constant change of economic conditions.

Starter phase with aleading french energy corporation, I came along to financial positions in the turmoiling period of telco market (Monaco Telecom, Siemens Networks, TCL Mobile Phones) mastering BU creation, JV and spinoff.

From 2007 to 2014, he was acting as Finance Director respectively in the automotive industry  and tissue sector.

In 2015, he became the founder and Director of Activium Finance, a financial management consultancy firm dedicated to PE/VC portfolio companies.

Richard holds a an Executive MBA Major Finance, a MSc in Accounting and Management and certified in Strategy from HEC Paris and in M&A from Columbia Business School.

French native, fluent in English and an intermediate level in Russian.
